Enjoy an unforgettable experience on our La Finca tour, where we try to be as sustainable as possible by using cattle for milk and cheese from our restaurant. With the serum we feed the pigs and with the manure we feed the worms to produce fertilizer for the crops.
We start in the lobby of the Lodge where we will go for rubber boots and a short walk through the gardens to the dairy, where you will be able to experience milking practices by hand. You can also visit the cheese house, the terrace of the sugar mill where you can enjoy the rich fresh cane juice as well as a rich product made from sugar cane. We go to the garden where you will visit the crops for the restaurant, the lagoon of the guapotes, the laying hens, the greenhouse, the bees for honey and pollinators of the garden.
